Marketing Tapri wasn’t born in a glass-walled office with bean bags and a ping pong table. It started with two cups of chai, one frustrating conversation about how Mumbai’s small businesses were being ripped off by agencies — and a decision to do something about it.

Somewhere between the second and third sip, we said it out loud: “Why is every digital agency in Mumbai either too expensive, too generic, or too unresponsive for small business owners?” Nobody had a good answer. So we became the answer.
We’d seen it too many times — a boutique owner in Bandra spending ₹50,000 a month on an agency that sent automated reports and never answered calls. A restaurant in Thane with a broken website that nobody fixed for four months. A clothing brand in Andheri running Facebook ads to the wrong city.
Marketing Tapri was named after where this idea was born — a tapri. Because that’s who we serve. The hardworking business owner who built something real with their hands, their savings, and their stubbornness — and who deserves a digital marketing partner that actually gives a damn.
